So, that happened
Obama commuted the sentence of Bradley Manning. But not Edward Snowden. Both basically did the same thing. But one embarrassed a republican while the other embarrassed a democrat.

Probably waiting for Snowden to cut his own balls off first. You know, *then* he would be a member of the ‘aggrieved’ class, worthy of our sympathy.

@Tim, there you have it! There needs to be more diversity among commutations and pardons. Is this person, Manning, the first transgender commutation? Maybe that’s what made him, I mean, her, worthy?

So last week Obama was saying that the russians hacked the democrats and sent their secrets to wikileaks and that’s bad.
But manning hacked national security secrets and sent them to wikileaks and that’s okay?

Manning is nothing. Obama just commuted the sentence of Oscar López Rivera – a straight up murdering domestic terrorist. He’s Timothy McVeigh with better PR and worse bomb-making skills.

Like somebody told me, today, being Bradley/Chelsea Manning is its own punishment. Still does not change the fact that Obama has been flipping the bird at the Armed Services in every way he could for the last eight years.
Snowden was never anything other than a Russian asset. That “whistleblower” tag was part of the propaganda campaign Putin put on. The only thing the little pansy blew was hanging between his FSB handler’s legs.
