Sounds like a decent price (not knowing what they paid for any other handgun ie. M9 or 1911) for the Sig. I am surprised that the Army choose the Sig over the Glock considering that elite groups within the Army, Marines and Navy are currently using the Glock.
The Sig is larger and slightly heavier but maybe it was strictly a financial decision.
Oh, I own 4 Glocks and 2 Sigs and am a fan of both, just sayin.

Holy be-jebus. Are you sure that’s not 207k per gun?

I think that’s what you call buying the business.
There might just be one or two follow up orders to that contract.

Today I learned that the retail markup on Sig P320s is pretty darn good, about $300-$400 per unit over really massive wholesale price.
Or maybe the $207 price per gun does not include those expensive items like magazines, cleaning brushes, and foam-lined plastic boxes that can take a $207 price up to eleventy gazillion dollars pretty quickly in military procurement.

I doubt Glocks (or Beretta’s) come for anywhere NEAR that price. The LE prices are quite a bit higher than that as I understand it.
