“A right delayed is a right denied.” –Martin Luther King, Jr. Oh,that’s right, now discrimination is OK in the matter of rights when it comes to carrying the means of self defense. That’s what the 1857 SCOTUS Dred Scott decision did when the majority opinion kept black people as non persons lest “they be able to go armed everywhere they went” according to “the right of the people” in the 2nd Amendment. Yep! They knew then that “the right of the people” meant the right of the people.
