Like you and me, only better
A bill to allow certain military members to carry handguns in Oklahoma communities without a handgun license has been signed into law by Gov. Mary Fallin.
I really don’t have a problem with this. But if they can be exempted, I’d say your average gun owner could be too.

One person living free is better than none.
The problem lies in the precident of creating different classes of rights recognition for different classes of people; a typical Progressive objective.

Preach it. Everywhere, the rules don’t make sense. I can carry a gun but not a knife with a push button? How the heck does that make sense? Guns and alcohol don’t mix. OK, but that means I can’t carry in a restaurant that serves alcohol even if I’m not drinking?
How about a rule that there aren’t any excuses. You mess up, it’s on you. Not on the beer, not on your ex-wife, on you.

Is this capable of challenge on the “no titles of nobility” clause or would “disparate impact” be more fun to use?

ALL of the Bill of Rights for everyone, special privileges for no one!
