The liberal justices start their concurrence by writing, “With few narrow exceptions, a fundamental principle of the First Amendment is that the government may not punish or suppress speech based on disapproval of the ideas or perspectives the speech conveys.”
Liberals, Democrats and members of the Press (but I repeat myself) might well note that if the government cannot suppress ideas, perhaps others ought not, as well.
