That’s because nothing is protected by the first amendment. some rights are enumerated by the first amendment and then protected by us which, as stated above, is why we are purposefully not taught what it says or that we, not it, are solely responsible for our state of slavery or liberty.
But hey, my electronic gadget has both signal and power, and the Walmart is full of shit I don’t need. Everything is fine in this boiling pot.

Somewhere between 14% and 25% are also functionally illiterate. And they can still vote.

What we need is universal, compulsory, public education. That’ll fix the problem.

The problem is also that the majority that are educated in the constitutional restrictions put upon government only support one or two amendments, it is as if the first and second are the most talked about, and the fourth has been decimated with little to no fan fare. If Marbury V. Madison really has any bearing, then the attacks on the 4th are illegitimate, but any more it appears that Americans give government consent through silence to take their rights, rights that are not theirs to take.
