So New york made it impossible to get a carry permit without bribing the people who made it impossible to get a carry permit, and now the people who made it impossible are complaining that bribes were paid. OK, then.

I don’t think the privilege protects lawyers in the commission of crimes.

Well, I suppose “liberal” NY is OK with treating the RIGHT DEFEND YOUR LIFE this way,making it close to impossible to exercise, yet what if just a mere “poll tax” and photo ID were required to vote? Oh no, anyone may vote for their most benevolent master.
