Well Caetano did happen. It’s just that MA has blatantly ignored it in defiance of the SCotUS to the point of continuing to prosecute people for possession of stun guns. The only state to even acknowledge the ruling is NJ.

I propose continuing the advance of gun rights at state levels, including lawfare lawsuits against places like NJ, MA, CA, etc., and public awareness campaigns to promote continued advances of 2nd Amendment rights to individual self defense and keeping and bearing arms.
The Supremes pretend not to take note of public sympathy, but I suspect they do. Faced with overwhelming public antipathy to gun control ideology, they will move toward taking gun rights cases.

“and” not “or”. Both Kennedy and Roberts have defected to the left so it needs two more appointments. And they have to be good ones who don’t defect in the future.

Conservatives like to jabber on about the 2nd amendment, smaller government, original intent, but when push comes to shove, we get the Department of Homeland Security and the Patriot Act.
