No shit. People with trucks usually work for a living. People who work for a living often want less taken out of their hard earned pay-check.

Lib soccer moms drive mini-vans or cross-overs. Unless they’re poor, and then they drive what they can afford (which is older minivans and sedans – there aren’t many old cross-overs).
Conservatives are more likely to drive a classic, a sports car, or a Challenger or Camaro. Unless they need a truck for work, in which case they drive a truck.

I could have saved them the trouble of all that spying and data crunching. I’m sure millions of Americans also knew the answer before the schlubs began searching for it.
As HL says, people who actually do things are likely to have more use for a working person’s vehicle, whereas those who prey upon the people who do things only need to get their carcasses from point A to some government office and back.

They forgot SUV’s.
They ain’t trucks or cars but there’s more of them than either of those…just make a quick count when you’re stuck at a redlight at rush hour.
So they must not be R’s or D’s. Must be independents, irrespective of their registration. And there’s a bunch of ’em.
That’s how we got Trump.

Not soon enough. Not that I actually want them banned, I just don’t care for them & most of them in my area seem to drive around with road rage & obnoxious exhaust systems. The ones who drive American brands with union bumper stickers seem to be particularly bad that way.
