Yeah I want a bullet that chases deer too. Just pop off a round out the front door in the morning on the first day of the season, then go collect your deer after you’re finished with breakfast and coffee. I guess it’d need to leave behind a transponder (complete with your tag number) for easy location of the carcass.
Shotgun pellets that chase pheasants would be nice too, while you’re at it.
Be sure and let me know when they’re available for a dollar per shot.
Its a pretty stupid article. Note that several tank weapon systems have gun launched guided missiles. The Israeli LAHAT which can be fired from 105mm and 120mm tank guns, Russian AT-8 Songster and its progeny for 115mm and 125mm tank cannon and several others.
Raytheon had a contract for a guided round for 120mm tank guns like the US M1A1 Abrams gun, but it was cancelled.
