The Brady Campaign to Cling to Relevancy is propping up some poor family for disappointment and, maybe, financial ruin with a frivolous lawsuit.
The last time they did this, it ended badly for the family in question.

That’s a toughie. On the one hand I hate magazine disconnects. On the other hand if hate SA. I hope both parties lose, even the lawyers.

Put simply?
They don’t care.
Or, rather, they win either way.
Either they win the lawsuit, which detrimentally affects a firearm corporation…
Or…
They lose the lawsuit and this poor, trod-upon, victimized family only attempting to Do The Right Thing gets stuck with the legal bill, and how could a firearm corporation do such a thing to a proper, upstanding American family?
They win either way.

Seems to me that whomever let the little kids play with handguns was the negligent party.
