Trump and ALL legislators and judges must endorse this Federalism according to the wording of the 10th Amendment by which they may do NOTHING without enumerated delegated powers. Operating outside that Constitutional purview is UNLAWFUL.

It’s been his gut position all along, and it is (past)time to make it official, and follows his master agenda of leaving people and the states to their own device.
Whether you prefer a J or a few sips of Maker’s Mark in the evening or are a full-on teetotaler is of no concern to federal government and their treatment should be the same.
And there’s the side benefit of getting that little troll of an AG directed to the will and work of his bosses (Trump and us) and away from his personal f’d up agenda. Right now that means focus on immigration and it’s a full-time job for that twit.

Yes! And even though the leftists and their “useful idiots” brand Trump as a NAZI, his “gut position” is much more in accord with the true classical liberalism of the Founders where the States and the People have liberty in most matters except those “few and defined” powers they delegate to fedgov. (10th Amendment)
And by the way, NAZI is the acronym for National Socialism, which is basically what the left and so-called “progressives” actually are. Part of their agenda is to accuse their opponents of what they do.
