But who will build the roads?
That’s a common attempt at a come back when someone is arguing with a libertarian. Seems they think that no one would want to build roads on their own and charge for their usage. Just like the free market wouldn’t figure out that planes flying in the same path is a bad idea. I’m digressing again.
Apparently, Domino’s pizza will repair potholes because they’re ruining their pizzas.

And, knowing Dominos, they will be using their pizzas as filler for the holes.

I’d be willing to bet this is more of a publicity stunt then an actual attempt to improve road quality.

It’s nice of Domino’s. But building and maintaining the public way is one of the most ancient functions of government.

@curt, so what if it is only a publicity stunt? The fact that someone (anyone) wants to actually repair potholes is fantastic. So they get their marketing and we get better roads, win-win.

How long before it’s considered illegal?

“How long before it’s considered illegal?”
It already is in most locations, I think. They don’t want amateur work getting people hurt. Plus, you may be interfering with jobs, graft, and other political areas of interest.
