New Jersey is not ground zero in the gun control debate. It’s a lost cause barring any sea-change in the electorate. But they’re passing more dumb laws that won’t accomplish anything other than jailing the otherwise law-abiding.

Yep. I live in NJ and this issue hardly gets covered in the local news. The normal people who live in the outer suburban / rural counties will complain and be completely ignored.
In return, gun owners will ignore the new laws, store their guns and mags in PA, and buy a few token 10-round mags for the local range.

Yes, MattW, The law will do exactly what it is intended to do. It will deprive citizens of a Constitutionally guaranteed civil right, and imprison them if they resist by trying to exercise this right.
