Like you and me, only better
TN recently passed a law that allows county commissioners to carry guns at commission meetings. But not you regular people.

That’s a violation of Article I, Section 26 of the Tennessee Constitution Declaration of Rights, you know, by which the People DECLARE their right to keep and bear arms to the State for their self defense. The State is only delegated power to legislate the WEARING of arms, that is, how they are carried, “with a view to prevent crime”. The people with inalienable rights are the greater who delegate power to the lesser, the State government.

Last I heard Corrections Officers were being upgraded to the po po status of guns everywhere. Meanwhile, a super majority in the house and senate, repub in the governors mansion for years and years AND WE GET NOTHING. Why vote? It’s all a lie. Buy more ammo.

@Fred, I doubt that any of our legislators, the governor or current candidates for those offices have read the Declaration of Rights in the State Constitution to which they TAKE AN OATH.
I think it would be good to write down these first two Sections of Article I if one is going to confront current members or candidates. Look them in the eyes and ask if the can operate UNDER our delegated powers and DECLARED RIGHTS. In their positions, Public officials have NO rights and the greater, the People, ALWAYS delegate to them, the lesser, by the wording of our constitution:
Section 1. That all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness; for the advancement of those ends they have at all times, an unalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper.
Section 2. That government being instituted for their common benefit the doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.
