SAF all in on Kavanaugh
The Second Amendment Foundation:
Federal Judge Brett Kavanaugh is highly qualified to fill the U.S. Supreme Court vacancy created by the retirement of Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy, the Second Amendment Foundation said today, expressing hopes that the Senate will swiftly confirm the 53-year-old jurist to the high court bench.
We have looked at Judge Kavanaughs record, as a White House associate under President George W. Bush, and as a clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court for Justice Kennedy, and can find no fault with his background, said SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. Its our opinion that President Donald Trump has made an excellent choice in his nomination of Judge Kavanaugh, and he would have a difficult time finding another candidate with his experience.
