Obama compares Trump to a tin pot dictator. Yeah, the guy who targeted his political opponents with the IRS and who tried to shutter businesses he didn’t approve of by using the FDIC calls someone a tin pot dictator.

I recall that Oblamer wanted to have the U.S. Armed Force’s oath changed to where it swore fealty only to the POTUS. Hitler ordered the Wehrmacht to swear fealty to Hitler.
When the above failed, Oloser wanted to create a Military type force that would be equal to the standing Armed Forces but separate from them and only under POTUS control. Hitler created the Shutzstaffel (SS) a powerful paramilitary force under his personal control.
Obammy is a wannabe dictator who’s a lot like Hitler and he has zero room to call anyone a dictator.

Hmm…I’m pretty sure Trump hasn’t weaponized the DOJ/FBI to damage Barry O’s legacy of criminal behavior.
Hell, Barry O was just in Nevada the other day telling the hundreds of people that bothered to show up (or were paid to show up) not to forget just who started the economic boom America is now experiencing. Of course, we know exactly who started it and it sure as Hell wasn’t Barry O.

@Huck, yes, I recall that too that Obama wanted the military to report to him instead of their oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution”. Obama also promised to be “the most transparent administration”, yet even the leftist media acknowledged that his administration was very secretive. In stark Contrast, Trump seems to be one of, if not the most, transparent since the President is often open to extended questions by the media.

It could be projection, it could be the result of a lack of self-awareness, or, maybe it’s simply true. The fact that Obama was a wannabe dictator does not prevent him from pointing out similar traits in others. It probably takes one to best know one, as the saying goes.
The New World Order they’re building, which Republican Bush 41 spoke of in glowing terms, by the way, is a wholly fascistic one, no matter who is its temporary figurehead in the U.S.
As much as they’d like us to believe it, the Republican Party is not the antidote to the Democratic Party. It’s just a different appendage on the same, authoritarian Beast. They themselves have said many times that “it takes both a right wing and a left wing to keep [the Beast] flying”, and that is as good an admission as any that they view the two parties (having polar opposite ideologies only ostensibly) as cooperative partners.
Don’t make the mistake of getting so wrapped up in rooting for one “side” in this dog and pony show that you forget; the league profits no matter which sorry-assed “team” “wins”.

Obama wasn’t a tin pot dictator. He was a technocrat dictator, who didn’t even have to tell his minions to abuse their authority in hurting political opponents with the might of their government powers.
