Yes, like “common sense” First and Second Amendment laws that you can’t, for example, target shoot in a public park or fire your guns or “yell fire in a crowded theater”.
But the 2nd Amendment bans any Federal laws re: the RKBA of the People since it has NO delegated powers to do so–also prohibited by the 10th Amendment.

funny, a wealthy colleague of mine in California said that this should be the top priority. not the state’s fire crisis, not massive homelessness and inequality, not democratic principles, nope.
disarmament is priority #1.
