Where is this judge or others with “Red Flag” gun confiscation laws which are a definite violation of the 5th Amendment? And remember the landmark SCOTUS Miranda decision based upon the 5th Amendment, “you have a right to remain silent”. Supposedly that applies to a perp caught in a criminal act, but not to the peaceable, law-abiding citizen going about their business?
