Ian, of Forgotten Weapons, has already done a !/2 hour video on the subject. Did it from his hotel room as soon as the news broke.

Of course it did. To riff off of NJT’s post, an oddball pistol has to offer something substantially better than all the common, proven guns already out there. In a world of Glocks and M&Ps and Sigs, the H9 had to be twice as good to justify twice the price. And that’s before you get to the question of holsters and other accessories for the thing.

You want somebody to spend that much money on something that far outside the mainstream, it’d better be freaking awesome.

I’m not happy about Hudson’s demise, but I’m not surprised, either.
