I’m sure it’s a finely tuned rifled, and there’s doubtless a market for it, but when I look for a legacy gun design, I’d prefer it to look the part. The red dot is fine, but some black walnut furniture would go a long way.

Don’t get me wrong though; I understand that this is popular. “Yo, Dog! We heard you like dot sights and adjustable stocks, so here’s a dot sight and an adjustable stock!”

But both are so resoundingly, authoritatively functional that their looks can be ignored.
