Complaint filed against the NRA
Bloomberg’s minions have filed a complaint with the IRS over their tax status. John Richardson has the details. More from Sebastian:
All I can say is NRA better have its act cleaned up by the time the next hostile administration is in the White House.

Conspiracy to harass, with the intent to chill the exercise of a constitutionally enumerated right?

I am not a perfect person. I can’t blog worth a damn, or type ‘fer shit. And, thanks to the first three years of the current president’s time in office, I will never vote for a democrat. Just watch the news, and play devil’s advocate for thirty seconds. You will see it.

Taking away the NRA’s tax status would cripple the organization, which is Bloomy’s goal.
He makes the mistake (along with most of the left) in thinking that the NRA is driving the push for preserving gun rights. Of course we know that the reality is that it is millions of individual people who are driving the NRA.
So let them try to destroy the NRA. Even in the remote chance that they succeed, something else will take it’s place. Our push for civil rights and freedom isn’t going away.

In other news, a freedom of information act request seems to be going forward to identify the names and addresses of those who turned in bump stocks so the requester can know who and where “dangerous devices” are located. A nice way for a database to begin, and it appears that the request will be fulfilled unless the people act fast.
