More troubling than what the E/G’s want, is what the Swiss may be willing to allow. Why?

the EU, IIRC, is using the economic carrot & stick approach to bludgeon them into following their diktat. Most people ignore the political world until it bites them on the ass. Switzerland hasn’t had to worry about politics since ww2, if even then, so as far as the citizens are concerned, they aren’t. Until they feel the pain, they’ll slumber on. For that matter, their military standing is long gone, a byproduct of the US defending Europe. I suspect they are toast.
