Hoping against history here, Sportsmen lose permission to shoot on that land due to rednecks blasting rocks, trees, rabbits, signs and other rednecks on the newly opened land in 3, 2, 1…
When there are no guns to hunt with (because they’ve all been ‘banned’), or STATE laws prohibit gun ownership or transport between home and fedland, what else can be done do except watch the grass grow there?
Merely appeasement of simple minded Fudds in anticipation of the 2020 POTUS Election. Enrages me enough to WANT to vote full-Commie/Socialist next time.
What I read in the PDF link within Unc’s link is mostly expanding game, methods, opening previous closed sections, etc…in National Wildlife Refuges that already permit hunting.
Good news for the fisherman: there are many National Fish Hatcheries that will allow sport fishing for the first time ever.
But the biggest point I read was the Interior Secretary getting rid of “7,500 regulations limiting access”.
Those that don’t/won’t appreciate (and thereby ultimately obstruct) such efforts to return gov to its enumerated functions by eliminating such intrusions and restrictions on what is ours are the type that are the intended target of the old Southernism…
