With Miller v US and Heller v DC and MacDonald v Chicago as three Supreme Court cases against the Democrat position on gun control, when can we start calling their position an infringement on rights? do we need 5, or 7, or an even dozen Supreme Court decisions ruling against their anti-constitutional positions?
@mikee, and they’re quite willing to violate the 4th and 5th Amendments with “red flag laws” and “universal background checks” when it comes to gun owners; rights they once held sacrosanct and probably still do other preferred minorities.
