When someone says they intend to force you to sell them something at their price which they never owned (mandatory buybacks) , isn’t that a criminal threat of extortion? Yes! And if you refuse to sell, they say they will take it by force. Isn’t that a criminal threat to commit armed robbery and murder if necessary? Yes! These people are criminals who will use hired guns to do the evil deeds of their stated criminality.

More of a death warning than a threat, but she ain’t wrong; she just thinks that terminology better suits her agenda that anything related to firearms and self-protection should be criminalized.
