The Chinks probably remember what Admiral Yamamoto said when asked about the possibility of invading the mainland USA; “We cannot invade the mainland United States, there would be a rifle behind each blade of grass.”
I’m sure that that’s the “serious problem” that the Chicoms are referring to.
The more serious the problems we can give the communists, in any country, the better. As it is they’re clearly not as afraid of us as they should be– They still poke their heads out of their hidey holes, and even speak in public, even pretending as though they have legitimacy.
But while we’re living rent free in the authoritarians’ fever dreams and in their night terrors, we need to be speaking the truth to them as well. The fact is, they’re outlaws of the worst kind; they attack and egregiously violate every one of the Ten Commendments, and they’re proud of it.
From the article: “The country can neither manage the safe storage and use of so many guns owned by ordinary people, nor can it establish a new national system that bans or strictly restricts guns.”
Heh. That was, and is, the whole point of the 2nd Amendment, you idiot Party member. This country was designed so that the “ordinary people” aren’t managed by government, but instead have their individual rights protected and their freedom supported by the government.
I grew up when “Kill a commie for Christ” was an oft-used catchphrase denoting disdain for the Party. Even now it has a nice ring to it.
This is an understandable point of view for them. After all, this is the continuation of a regime that killed about 50 million of its own citizens who didn’t go along with Mao’s “cultural revolution”. And Mao said, “political power comes out the barrel of a gun” and “the Communist Party must control the guns”. That’s the explanation of their opinion AND SOME OF OUR OWN POLITICIANS who want the same thing as the Chicoms!

Yes, it’s probably difficult to drive tanks over people if the drivers have to worry about getting shot when he’s off duty.

Dave, that’s a pretty good counter to the “You can’t take out a tank with a handgun” argument.
