“Chicken of the Trees”. Heh.
No, I haven’t tried it. I’ve had gator, frogs, snapping turtles, rattlesnake and several other marginally palatable critters. But I draw the line at armadillo and frickin’ lizards. Ugh.

It does make it easier to catch the bastards.
Supposedly the best way is to roast whole, in skin, with limes in the stomach.
Actually sounds tasty.
Can’t be worse than duck.

30s and 40s is brrrr…? That’s Spring/Fall weather here in Wyoming.
