I wish I had confidence that he would be allowed to mount a vigorous defense like he would receive in America.
I’m not a fan of extraditing people to places with savage legal systems like North Korea and Germany.

Well, anyone deserves the best legal defense they can get.
And after his fair trial, if convicted, they should immediately take him to a room with a drain in the floor Russian style, and offer any remaining living prisoners from that concentration camp the option to give him a 9mm lobotomy.

Anyone besides me wondering why we hunt down WWII era German guards but welcome communists whose hands are covered with more blood then the Germans could only hope to have spilled into this country?

The communists were just as bad. Maybe even worse actually, when you consider their total body count over the last cenury.
Here we are with all that history to look at, and a God damned died in the wool pinko, Bernie Sanders has been within a hop, skip and a jump of a Presidential nomination, not once, but twice.
The highest position that commie asshole should have achieved in our society is as a wacky leftist professor at a second rate college.

@emdfl, me too, I’ve wondered that for years. And now we’ve got Bernie Sanders praising a murdering, communist Cuban dictator and our modern young “useful idiots” thinking socialism and communism are something new and “progressive”. Whether it’s the national socialism of Germany or the Soviet socialism of Russia, they’re both leftist authoritarian political cousins, of which the latter murdered many more.

Heh, well whatever happened, I guess we can add that to list of things that I’ve said online that’ll get me on the double plus ungood social credit score lists that may be in our Orwellian futures.
