Justice John Paul Stevens Is Wrong About the Second Amendment, Again

I don’t really understand Stevens’ piece. He says all those gun controls are hunky dory, much like he did in his dissent in Heller where he acknowledged an individual right to arms, but we should repeal the second amendment because reasons.

After participating in the March From Critical Thinking, the brother of Reverend Al Sharpton was charged in a murder. The victim was shot by someone he was with. Aiding and abetting makes him culpable for the murder.

Looks like the first attempt at a bump stock ban has been written up. They had to distort the law to do it. And after you read through the nonsense about the law, the section on the ban’s costs is amusing. And, no, current owners would not be compensated for destruction of property that is legal right now. But if that gets implemented, turns those owners into felons.

A candidate for sheriff of Buncombe County wants to kill gun owners and take their guns. Well, come and get them.
