Man walks right through restraining order
The only anti-gun blogger I know of who is not a paid shill (just a shill) thinks we should make guns illegal because a man with a gun and restraining order against him (illegal) violated that order (illegal) and shot his family (also, illegal). Why, if only one more law could make it a bit more illegal, then it would never happen.

Back in the days when I covered courts, there was a saying among lawyers: “A protective order isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.”

I’m starting to wonder if MikeB isn’t a paid shill. Certainly he’s given enough information to show that his given biography is a work of fiction. Could be he’s just a sock-puppet. Hard to know.
Could be he’s a pro-gun guy setting up a strawman, kinda like the VPC blog….

I dunno about all that beard. I don’t read him unless some one else links to him.

All the best for you. No matter what he’s a troll who whores for traffic.
I just know he isn’t blogging from Italy like he claims, and I have strong doubts about his other personal information he puts out. I won’t bore you with the details.
I’m not saying I know anything, I’m just saying it’s a very distinct possibility.

Say Uncle, Thanks for the link and the back-handed compliment.
It’s not so much a case of making just one more law or making something “illegaler,” perhaps an entire revamping of the gun laws is what’s needed.
From what I can see, background checks on all transfers, licensing and registration of all gun owners and guns, would severely cut down on the availability of guns to people like this one who killed his family. What do you think, just speaking theoretically.

If they want to register mmyself and/or my gun like some kind of sex-offender, can i go after you cause it was your idea?

From what you can see, mike, or what you can imagine?
Since you’re presenting no evidence it’s hard to tell from here.

‘Cuz that’s working so well in Jamaica and Mexico not to mention Chicago and D.C.
What are you going to do about the 300 million or so that are already in circulation? A study I saw from Harvard law school a few months ago mentioned that Gun registration and turn ins in Europe had approximately a 30

Crap. 30% compliance rate, assuming the same rate here that leaves what, 210 million guns on the street? It also noted it would take 400 years for those 210 million to be removed from circulation unless house to house searches are done by government agents.

MikeB – What are you doing to do about folks like Kevin, Joe, Myself & millions of others who will not comply with any licensing & registration scheme?
BTW – Everything you proposed has been tried elsewhere and has not worked. Why cling to a failed ideology?
