That’s illegal?
Seen at gunner’s:
Right after taping ‘The Tonight Show’, Snoop was arrested for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possessing cocaine, transporting marijuana and having a false compartment in his vehicle.

A false compartment… is that like painting a railroad tunnel on a rock face?
If a compartment is false… it’s not a compartment, right?

In California, everything is illegal.

Ahh. The Dr. beat me too it.
I’m betting the meant hidden compartment, but failed to engage their brain prior to writing.
Then again, How’s that illegal?
Oh, Wesley answers that.
Why am I even commenting?
And your email filter hates me again. Well, what can you do?

Well, if it was a false compartment, it didn’t exist right? If it was a hidden compartment, doesn’t standard equipment already violate that law. Or does Kalifornia require all trunk lids, glove compartment doors, hoods, and tonneau covers to be removed. After all with them installed the compartment is hidden.
Do not hubcaps create a compartment that is then hidden? For that matter what about the grease cups? or air inflated tires, they are hollow and therefore hidden compartments?
I escaped California and am now a refugee, but I am thankful to be a DP in America. I suppose I might be considered an illegal alien as I was born in California and fled to America at my first opportunity. I was four. I never naturalized, but I am a loyal American.

The “false compartment” law is one of those that requires the cops to read minds. That is, a hidden compartment is illegal if it is intended for the transport of contraband.

I take it that it was a false compartment, as opposed to a real one?
I wonder which one is worse?
