How do you smell?
With my nose. Seems that NY can never take responsibility for anything that happens to it. Their gun problem? Blame Georgia. The fact the place smells like ass? Blame New Jersey:
A mysterious gas-like odor that covered much of Manhattan, had residents flooding emergency call centers with worried queries and caused rail disruptions most likely emanated from New Jersey, a city environmental official said Tuesday.

I’m going to have to side with NY on this. I blame everything on NJ, it just makes life simpler.

I concur. I lived in Joisey for 3 years. That place is a shit hole.

Now wait a second, I’ll bash New Joisey with anyone (heck, I was born there and spent 18 years there) but I’ve got to say not everyplace is a complete and utter shit hole. WHere I grew up is actually somewhat nice – at least it was then – except for the frikken gun laws.

I think what really happened is that somebody pulled Mayor Bloomberg’s finger.

Heh heh, yeah.

As a resident of NJ I’ll have to side with NY. I mean, hell, have you ever driven from Manhattan to Newark? The stench is noticable. Trust me—it’s Jersey!

What the other commenters said. Blaming GA for NY’s gun problems is lameness on a stick. Blaming NJ for making NY smell for a day like NJ smells year-round is just Occam’s Razor.
