I’m worried.
Everybody is going by the reactions in the oral argument, but as I said at the time, judges often play devil’s advocate during the oral argument.
Given the other decsions that have come down in the last week, a liberal ruling wouldn’t be out of line.
But here’s hoping that they can actually read at a fifth grade level.

I waited until the decision came down, to buy my alcohol. I bought a bottle of Korbel champagne. I had been prepared, as I wrote at Squeaky’s, to buy Jaegermeister and drink shots of that and chase them with actual absinthe. Fortunately, it did not come to the horror-likker eventuality.
Am sipping on a nice Spaetlese Riesling at the moment.
