I wonder if Crimson Trace has something that would fit. I bet she could develop a very steady hold if she got good feedback on where the gun is pointing.
My seven-year old just got her very first toyguns — a pair of Nerf pistols. I had taken the attitude that “guns are not toys, when she’s old enough she’ll have a real one” but that was unrealistic. Her friends have toy guns and she plays with them. She will be better off if along with having fun, Daddy taught her some basics and some safety tips.
Hm. I have a Nerf single-shot that has a “laser” built into it… I am sure they have gotten a little more advanced over the years, but it would definitely help with the feedback problem.
I say this ONLY because the latest Second Amendment Sisters newsletter just came in, and on the cover are THREE separate photos of new women shooters doing that famous backwards lean stance.

Get her weight a bit more forward.
