Idiot drivers may make idiot judges
I like my traffic camera.
If you’re going to drive like a moron, it’s probably not a good idea to be in such an identifiable car. Below is a Chevy with Judiciary plates that say J5. The driver of this car cut across two lanes of traffic to cut me off and then (as seen here) drove illegally in the emergency lane because the trailer in front was going too slow:

Get off the road before you hurt someone. Other than yourself.
If you know you’re turning right in a few miles, go ahead and get over.
Wonder if it was a traffic court judge?

The trailer was going to slow? I’ve never heard of a town called “slow”. How would the judge know where the trailer was going, and what kind of reason is that to pass them? π

Report it to highway patrol and the local news.

Someone needs to out this idiot.
He is obviously quite special.

So what’s the hurry? Ever see court get started before the Judge was seated?
It will only be a matter of time before we have those VIP political only lanes like they had in the old Soviet Union. Because they are more important than you of course.

Does your state not have a DUI hotline? Or just call 911 and report a weaving driver.

Traffic cam? In your car? Tell me more. I want!

Droid + dash mount.

I called 911 to report a driver going the wrong way on a 5 lane highway. They told me it wasn’t an emergency and to call the regular police number. (This was before cell phones). Now *HP works in most places.
And sorry for the Grammer Nazi comment above. π

Could be worse dept: In a state near you (shocka, it’s to the north of you), a state supreme court justice was on the third DUI stop before a statie had the resolve to actually write up a citation.
They’re very important people, you know.

@Robert — It’s spelled “grammar.”

In Ohio a State Supreme Court Justice was pulled over for suspicion of DUI, she then drove off refusing to talk to the officer. He chased her down and ticketed her. The prosecutor refused to charge her with fleeing or resisting arrest saying that she was free to leave after the initial stop.

You have a camera in your car?
Very smart. Does it pivot and does it record audio?
If so, what is it?

See above. It’s my droid phone with a dash mount. And it does video and audio. And can broadcast both live to the internet in case someone wants to delete stuff π

Ditto. Had to drill a hole in my Griffen iPhone mount. And make SURE you have an app that uploads directly, either live or as soon as you hit stop. Otherwise, it will be deleted. (If any of us do it, it’s called spoliation. If a cop does it, it’s called “shut up”.)

JA: Indeed. I’ve just completed an internet meme.

Can’t read the plate. An average attorney would get your traffic offender sent home free. This is sad. Next time, higher rez!
