Strawbecue
A bit back, I posted the recipe for my barbecue sauce. That was the mango version. I’ve also done a peach. But this weekend, I did something new. Strawberries:
Not sure how the sauce tastes yet but I will say that cooking strawberries have the most amazing smell.

Wow. I had no idea you could actually make your own BBQ sauce, and now I’m wondering why I never realized you could. That looks incredible.

Hmmm. I guess your spam trap doesn’t like me anymore.

I’m a big fan of the mango version (not so much a fan of the mangos though) So I’ve played around with…well about anything that I can find lying around (oranges didn’t work so hot)

I am a Texan. I eat Texan BBQ. It does not have mangoes, tangoes, strawberries, blueberries, cookies, peaches, nectarines, octopus, ice cream, MREs, hammered honeysuckle or much anything else in it. They kill a cow. There’s some salt. They build a fire.

Interesting. Anxious to hear how that one tastes

You also don’t put beans in your chili and I don’t care about that either 😀

Gosh, Texans are such prissy, unadventurous stick in the muds.
