Navigating the NFA

A guide from Shooting Illustrated.

Weird, because the internet told me that NRA hates NFA stuff.

What does Shooting Illustrated or anything in that article have to do with the NRA?

  2. SayUncle Says:

Shooting Illustrated in an NRA magazine.

  3. John Smith. Says:

Still trying to live in make believe land huh unc???? I highly doubt the NRA approves every article in a pro shooting magazine… Anyhow.. If the NRA did support it they would say so outright.. They do not need someone else to be their talking piece…

  4. SayUncle Says:

Trust me, NRA lawyers approve everything they send out. Ask me how I know.

  5. alan Says:

Well, you’d think they could say “NRA” or something on the website besides the fine print at the bottom.

Still, I’ll believe the NRA doesn’t hate NFA stuff when they run to jump on a successful NFA lawsuit so they can claim credit.

  6. John Smith. Says:

Opportunists is more like it.. If somebody else does something in the gun world they react quickly pulling a johnny come lately; acting like they have supported it since the beginning of time…

  7. SayUncle Says:

Well, yeah, they do follow Gura around and take credit for his work. But Gura has even said no NFA cases. Yet.

  8. Kristopher Says:

    The NRA loves the NFA.

NRA top brass have extensive NFA weapon collections.

What they hate is anything that threatens the value of their personal collections … like repealing the Hughes amendment.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
