Not a Huckabee fan, so I was surprised that he was on our side on this. And pretty happy.
Larry does a great job. And letting the “barrel shroud” marked handguards go by was probably the smart thing to do.

“barrel shroud”= sheet metal… not so much try compression molded fiberglass or CNC’d aluminum (usually).

But the sheet metal is between the barrel and the fiberglass.

You can bet that if a “barrel shroud” becomes unlawful, that a standard AR forearm stock will be defined as one by the BATFE.
