I just checked my site (after seeing your post here) using both Norton Safe Web and McAfee.
Both come back saying the site is 100% safe.
Which it should, given how much I spend each year to lock it down and make it secure for credit card transactions.
Would you be so kind as to e-mail me the info that your WebRoot Security is saying is a problem? (It should give you some sort of a log or stack trace)

webroot is some pretty shitty software with a lot of false positives. Get something else.
