Second largest NRA convention ever. Of course, it is hard for TN to compete with a state that a bunch of Tennesseans left to create.

I went to the 2013 Houston AM , which was terrific. But the reason it had so much more attendance was because it was the first convention after Newtown when so much legislation by the Antis was pending or recently passed.
I believe the Nashville show had much better “production value” and atmosphere in the sense that there was so much live music and so many activities and displays outside the arena.
Obviously, in 2013, the NRA had its back against the wall so the scaled back “festivities” made perfect sense.
It is impressive that Nashville had such a great turnout considering the string of 2A victories in recent years. The urgency was low compared to Houston, but yet the attendance was still terrific.
I look forward to Louisville next year, which will likely be nuts given the Presidential Election in 2016.

Or because Houston is the third most populated city in the nation. Also, you were at Nashville and didn’t look me up?

Yeah, Yeah, but the traffic is so bad only the truly dedicated could get there.
I will have to make a point to shake your hand in Louisville.

Still disappointed that the wife didn’t leave a “GTT” sign on her door when she left Maryland. (And she is too.)
